These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Tamworth Cabs website, mobile application, booking services and related online services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Tamworth Cabs provides taxi and passenger transport services in Tamworth and surrounding areas.

A booking request does not necessarily guarantee that a vehicle will be available at the requested time.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested service, but pickup and journey times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, demand, vehicle availability and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Taxi fares and charges may vary depending on the type of service, distance travelled, time of travel, waiting time, vehicle type, applicable surcharges, tolls, levies and other permitted charges.
Where a fixed fare is offered and accepted before travel, the conditions applicable to that fare will apply.
Otherwise, fares may be calculated in accordance with applicable NSW taxi fare requirements.

Where Tamworth Cabs offers a fixed fare, the fare will be based on the journey and information supplied at the time of booking.
A fixed fare may be adjusted where the passenger requests a material change to the journey, including additional destinations, significant detours, additional waiting time or other changes to the original booking.
Any applicable conditions will be communicated when the fixed fare is offered.

If you no longer require a booking, you should cancel it as soon as reasonably possible.

You are responsible for paying all applicable fares, fees, tolls, levies and other charges associated with your journey.
Where a payment is processed electronically, you authorise the relevant payment provider to process the amount due.

The existing Terms similarly prohibit providing false information and transmitting viruses or malicious code.

However, we do not guarantee that digital services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website or application functionality where reasonably necessary.
Our website or application may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by third parties.
Tamworth Cabs does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or services.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Tamworth Cabs website and application, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Tamworth Cabs.

This modernises the copyright provision in the existing Terms.

Where our liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This replaces the much broader liability and release language in the old Terms, including the provision purporting to release Tamworth Cabs from essentially all claims connected with a transaction.

The latest version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated.
Your continued use of the website, application or services following an update will be subject to the current Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in New South Wales.
This retains the NSW governing-law position of the existing Terms.
